Swedish - A traditional massage method. Swedish style strokes use light to moderate pressure to increase circulation and relieve muscular tension.
Deep Tissue - Neuromuscular and pressure point techniques are combined with deeper version Swedish. Relieve chronic pain and muscular tension - more intense than other forms of massage and may result in mild soreness.
Sports - Targets sore muscles, enhancing muscle recovery after vigorous exercise or stress of daily life. Commonly used before an event to increase circulation and prepare the muscles and well as after an event to relieve knots and tension from lactic acid build up. Combines stretching, rocking, and circulation-enhancing strokes. Mild soreness may result.
Hot Stones - Thermotherapy-heated basalt stones assist massage, easing tension and stress in the body. 60 minutes $70.00
Prenatal - Recommended in the second and third trimester. Prenatal massage promotes relaxation, tension, stress relief, increasing blood supply to the muscles (which will be tremendously worked and stretched during birth) will help to keep them more supple and healthy. Many of the normal discomforts of pregnancy may also be relieved: backaches, leg cramps, sinus congestion, headaches and edema.
Chair - A brief bodywork session, usually acupressure-based, performed in a special chair in which the client sits facing toward the cushion, exposing the scalp, neck, shoulders, arms, back, and hips.

Pressure point therapy applied most frequently on the feet, but also on the hands and head. It is based on the premise that there are reflexes in these areas that correspond to all parts of the body. By using pressure and relaxation techniques, a Reflexologist can make changes in the corresponding parts of the body.
